To impact the total Christian community for the Glory of God so it is self-sustained and able through its own resources to make disciples in their area. BTPN is a ministry to the whole man and the whole church with long-term purposes.

We are committed to “breaking through to people” to assess and develop strategies in cooperation with missionaries in the field, and then implement those strategies through “networking” with other groups so the indigenous Christian community can stand independently.
