Who Is BTPN?
BTPN does
several things through Transformational Community Ministry: - We
work directly with the missionary in the field to locate businesses where churches are needed
and ministry needs to be strengthened. This makes the missionary more effective.
- We reach communities for Jesus … When a business is located in a community
where there is a need for jobs, the attention it gets gives the owner an opportunity to share Jesus with many people. The
result will be some will be saved.
- We plant churches
… When that business sees people saved, the group will want naturally to form a church.
- We support churches … Kingdom Businesses
result in finances for the local church and ministries through the tithes and offerings of their employees and the focused
giving of the business.
Impacting
the place where people spend most of their time (the marketplace) with the love of Jesus. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ There are two (2) ways BTPN will
to do ministry: 1. BTPN will hold BTPN sponsored seminars in Eastern Europe, much like we have done for
10 years. While 'Enterprise Development' will continue to be our focus, we will also continue indigenous church leadership
development projects and cell church development as additional areas of work both in the USA and overseas. 2. BTPN will act in a consultant / coordinator role
to help others (churches, mission organizations, etc.) use 'Business As Mission' effectively in the areas they are
working in to create self-sustained communities of faith all over the world. The
Philosophy Behind BreakThrough To People Network To impact the total Christian community for the Glory
of God so it is self-sustained and able through its own resources to make disciples in their area. BTPN is a ministry to the
whole man and the whole church with long-term purposes. We
are committed to “breaking through to people” to assess and develop strategies in cooperation with missionaries
in the field, and then implement those strategies through “networking” with other groups so the indigenous Christian
community can stand independently. - BTPN is field-driven which
means that we tailor resources and approaches to the need in that location in cooperation with the missionary in the field
and the indigenous Christian leadership.
- BTPN is a volunteer mobilization partner with missionaries at the field level. We bring training
and practical application into the foreign settings in cooperation with indigenous Christian workers.
- BTPN uses educational seminars, cell-church
planting, and business starts as the primary tools for producing a self-sustained ministry field. Our goal is to leave a well
trained church doing meaningful ministry through it’s financial resources generated by it’s own people through
their own businesses.
